Edge Grove is a school that places pupil and staff wellbeing at the centre of the leadership and learning agenda. This is a new post for the School and will support the HR and Compliance Manager in developing our strategy to ensure we understand and cater for the needs of all who work at the School.
The HR Advisor will support in the provision of the day-to-day operation of the HR function; improving, streamlining and delivering an effective HR Service.
This is a part time role of 25 hours per week, term time only plus 6 weeks during the school holidays. Although we are flexible on the start and finish times, the hours must be worked across every day of the week in order to provide the level of service required.

Founded in 1935, we are a vibrant and successful (IAPS) Day Prep School for boys and girls aged between 3 and 13, characterised by a genuine commitment to the pursuit of excellence. There are currently around 430 pupils at the School and approximately 150 staff.
