First4Skills, one of the UK's largest private work based training providers, has an exciting new opportunity for a HR Advisor. You will play a proactive role in delivering a best practice Human Resources service that delivers commercial solutions to meet business objectives and drive our organisation towards its target of Operational Excellence. Another key responsibility will be the provision of all learning and development activity across the business and in addition support the HR Business Partner in current and future delivery and development of our HR strategy.

You will work closely with all key stakeholders within the business to ensure total learner satisfaction is achieved resulting in operational excellence through outstanding performance of colleagues and effective management.

The role requires you to have a minimum of five years' experience as a HR Advisor along with excellent working knowledge of employment law with the ability to apply it practically to workplace situations. You will also be CIPD Qualified and a member of CIPD.
