HUMAN RESOURCES AND FINANCE MANAGER 

Salary:  £20,661 - £22658  Hours: 37 hours per week, full time    

We are looking for a suitably experienced and committed individual to join us as the HR and Finance Manager. This is a superb opportunity for a highly motivated person with HR and finance expertise, preferably within a school setting, to join our dynamic team. You will support the Finance Director to provide strategic leadership in Finance, HR, Payroll and Health & Safety.  

The successful candidate will:  

• Have experience of working in a busy school or office environment 

• Have sound knowledge of finance and HR legislation and procedures  

• Already have or will work towards an HR or finance qualification such as AAT or CSBM

 • Have strong interpersonal and communication skills

 • Have excellent knowledge of IT, including, SIMS, Word and Excel  

• Be able to multi-task and prioritise workload 

• Be well-organised, adaptable and able to work both alone and as part of a team
