We are seeking a dynamic experienced manager to a pivotal role leading our HR and amazing front of house office team at Copthall School, Mill Hill. This really is a unique position and we are looking for someone with the right blend of technical employment experience and interpersonal skills, with school and/or relevant transferrable skills and experience.

You will lead and be responsible for the effective operation of the school’s highly motivated office administration and reception team to ensure that the support delivered remains efficient and professional to meet the school needs. You will also maintain and implement robust and compliant HR processes and procedures to ensure safeguarding and recruitment standards are carried out to meet statutory employment law and education-specific regulations.
