Moor House provides a differentiated mainstream curriculum to students aged from 7 to 19.  

HR & Recruitment Co-Ordinator

Salary: £25,595 - £28,749 inclusive (35 hours/week term-time plus 3 weeks)

We are seeking a HR generalist with excellent organisational skills to provide efficient and effective support to Moor House. Reporting to the HR Services Manager, you will provide HR transactional and advisory support, ensuring consistent and effective delivery of the HR service across Moor House.

Key duties and responsibilities will include:

  • Supporting end to end recruitment and selection processes, whilst adhering to Moor House safeguarding procedures;
  • Completing and supervising HR transactional activities including absence management, recruitment activity and staff turnover, providing reports as necessary on related information;
  • Providing support to managers in relation to employee relations matters;
  • Providing Support on HR projects.

The ideal candidate will have experience as a HR practitioner with excellent verbal and written communication skills. If you are enthusiastic, self-motivated and organised with the capacity to take the initiative when necessary, we would like to hear from you.
