We are seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated individual to join our team as an HR Assistant.

This will allow you the opportunity to work alongside a flexible, inclusive and people focused team. Reporting to the HR Business Partner and working with our growing team, comprised of knowledgeable professionals who are passionate about HR and school improvement, you will gain exposure and hands on experience to support your development and skills. You will have the opportunity to make a real impact, where your ideas and contributions will be valued as we work collaboratively to find pragmatic solutions to various HR challenges.

In Summary, the role will be to:

o  To provide a professional HR service to Schools. This includes recruitment, training, employee relations and HR administrative support to employees and managers.


o  To provide a first line response to HR queries from employees and managers by phone and email, escalating where appropriate.

 

o  Providing advice to managers and staff on recruitment and on-boarding along with administering contractual documentation.
