HR Assistant - Employee Relations

We have an exciting opportunity for a proactive and highly organised individual to join our HR Team and support the delivery of an efficient and effective administration service.


As a key member of the busy HR team, you will work directly with the HR Manager and HR Business Partners providing professional, efficient and confidential administrative support for all ER case management. You will also assist in delivering an excellent cross-college ER service demonstrating clear value added to all stake holders.


With a proven track record in ER administration, including comprehensive minute taking, and a commitment to the delivery of excellent customer service, you will be adept at multi-tasking and unfazed by the demands of multiple stakeholders. You will also assist in the administration and co-ordination of resourcing and recruitment activity which will involve the end to end delivery for both permanent and temporary roles across the College including agency staffing.


You will possess excellent interpersonal skills, together with a positive, professional manner and the ability to deal tactfully and confidently with people at all levels. Given the nature of this role, excellent attention to detail is critical as is the ability to prioritise work effectively and to meet deadlines through strong self-management.
