St Paul’s Girls’ School is seeking a self-motivated HR Assistant to join the Human Resources Department. The post holder reports to the Senior HR Advisor and is responsible for providing a high-quality HR administrative and advisory service to the school community. The role holder will provide dedicated support on a wide range of HR tasks, such as recruitment, compliance and HR data and systems.

 

The successful candidate will ideally be fully CIPD qualified or working towards qualification, with excellent experience of HR administration. A background working within a school or education environment would be preferred but not essential. They will be able to manage a busy and varied workload, be confident to work on your own initiative and have the ability to bring a positive and professional approach to interactions with a wide range of internal and external contacts. Accuracy and an eye for detail are vital, alongside organisational and time management skills, to ensure deadlines are met.
