HR Assistant

We are currently looking to appoint an HR Assistant to join the Saint Felix School staff. This is an excellent opportunity for you to join this prestigious independent school located close to the Suffolk coast. 

Saint Felix School is an independent co-educational day and boarding school for children aged from 2 – 18, located close to the glorious seaside town of Southwold on the Suffolk coast. Our aim is to develop well-rounded students with the skills and the personality to make a success of their lives during and after their school years.

As the HR Assistant you will provide our HR team with support and ensure that the highest levels of integrity and confidentiality are upheld at al times. You will undertake regularity checks as directed by the HR team through the recruitment process as well as supporting current staff. 

In this wide ranging role you will work closely with all members of staff at Saint Felix school as well as the team at Inspired Learning Group so strong communication skills are essential. Experience of working in school HR is desirable however we would welcome applications from all.
