HR Business Partner (Acting)
We are seeking to appoint an enthusiastic individual to join Mulberry Schools Trust’s HR Team, based in Mulberry Academy Shoreditch. This is a maternity cover, temporary position.
The HR team at Mulberry Academy Shoreditch is a small but busy team with responsibility for the full HR remit for 150 members of staff at the school.
The HR team are also part of the wider Trust HR team and this role reports day to day Executive Principal and the Acting Head of School at Mulberry Academy Shoreditch. You will also be work under the direction of the Acting Director of HR.
This role has line management responsibility for the HR Advisor who is also based at the school. You will be required in your Trust role to also offer support to other Trust schools as directed.
You will be a dynamic and proactive professional who will be responsible for the HR operational management of your assigned schools.

You must have HR management experience for this role and have the right to work in the UK.
