The HR Coordinator Management Information Systems will take responsibility for maintaining the HRM system and will ensure that the system remains secure and that efficiency is maintained to enable accurate high-quality workforce information to be provided across the college. The post has responsibility for ensuring that all HR information reports are provided accurately and on time including regular sickness reporting, turnover, equality data and estimates for termination payments.
This post will co-ordinate other HR projects and initiatives as required across the college. This may involve acting as a project manager across major transformations or taking a lead role in co-ordinating the HR response to a major piece of work such as the HR response to the Covid pandemic.
Applicants should have experience of working with data to add value and provide insight, have good oral and written communication skills as well as an organised approach that enables you to work confidently and independently to deliver projects in a timely fashion.
