An excellent opportunity has arisen for an experienced HR professional to become the HR Co-ordinator for our family of schools based in Wellingborough. The newly created role of HR Co-ordinator will report to the HR Manager and work as part of a small team. You will have an opportunity to experience all aspects of the HR function, with your primary focus being the management and co-ordination of the recruitment process across all the Schools. You will also support the HR Manager in case-work and other associated HR activities. A desire to learn and move forward with a positive and enthusiastic attitude is key to success in this new role.
