Job overview

We are looking to recruit an experienced HR Coordinator on a 6 month, fixed term basis to administer and lead on HR transactional processes including recruitment and triaging employee queries for a specified area within the College Group.

This role is based at our Langley College campus; the centre for our main vocational and technical courses including Apprenticeships, Adult Education and HE. We deliver an innovative curriculum with superb specialist facilities including latest industry standard equipment, workshops and studios.

HR Coordinator

We are looking to recruit a HR Coordinator who will support the wider team to coordinate HR processes including HR administration and recruitment. You will lead the HR transactional processes for a specified area of the college group.

The successful candidate will be proficient in the use of Human Resources Information Systems and have demonstrable experience and understanding of the recruitment process cycle. You will also have the desire and ability to build effective relationships with a wide range of people and have excellent time management and organisational skills.

Working both independently and as part of a team you will be confident to manage multiple tasks and a diverse workload. The successful candidate will need to hold 5 GCSE’s A-C including English and Maths or equivalent. You will need to hold a Business Administration Qualification at level 3 or have equivalent experience in a HR role.
