Following a review and expansion of our internal HR department, Sir William Perkins's School is seeking an efficient and organised individual to be our HR Coordinator.
Working in a small HR team with the Head of HR and the Recruitment, Payroll and HR Compliance Coordinator, you will provide comprehensive and effective HR administration support to ensure the smooth running of an efficient and proactive HR Department.
You will have excellent organisational and communication skills, preferably gained within a School environment and will be responsible for effectively coordinating the School’s staff absence process and coordinating and monitoring staff-based training for both new and existing staff.
If you have strong attention to detail and accuracy, together with excellent administration skills, we look forward to receiving your application.

About us
Sir William Perkins’s School is a high-performing, academically selective, independent girls’ school for approximately 600 students aged 11 – 18 years. The Head is both a member of HMC and GSA. It is located on an attractive 12- acre site situated on the outskirts of Chertsey, a two-minute walk from the railway station and very near to the junction of the M3 and M25.
