SALARY (FTE) £67,364 - £72,497
King’s Group Academies (KGA) invites applications for the post of HR Director from highly motivated and organised individuals to join our multi academy trust of currently eight academies in south east England. We are looking for an experienced candidate who can provide strategic vision and leadership and drive policies and procedures in all aspects of HR management, including pay and appraisal policy, trades union relations and the implications of growth and mergers.
KGA’s existing academies are in East Sussex, Portsmouth and Berkshire. The postholder will need to be able to travel to any of the sites and maintain close contact with colleagues at each location, including via digital platforms.
The Trust has grown through converting previously LA-maintained schools, taking on former single academy trusts and winning the opportunity to operate free schools. Further growth is anticipated, with the resulting demands on HR.
This is a new post, and the postholder will build relationships, develop the role and implement systems across the Trust. The post attracts a competitive salary and pension.
