We are seeking to appoint an experienced HR Manager capable of making fundamental contributions to our school’s culture and development. The successful candidate will be skilled at striking the balance between the needs of the school and the needs of its people. You will have an enviable track record in the exceptional recruitment and retention of high quality staff.

In addition to the administrative tasks of keeping accurate records, evaluating HR policies and tracking sickness records, you will be working directly with the Head Teacher, Senior Leadership Team and Governors to address the strategic needs of the school as it develops further. The school is rated outstanding and requires outstanding talent to maintain this accolade; our students deserve nothing less.

Starting Salary: three point salary range starting at point 39 on the Gildredge House Support Staff Scale for 2017-18: £17,056 pro rata (£34,471 FTE).

Contract: 21 hours per week, 43 weeks per year (includes 36.4 weeks of term-time, 2 weeks at other periods plus 1 week of INSET plus 3.6 weeks’ paid holiday)
