Non-Teaching - Inner London Pay Scale –

Scale 44 – 47 £43,503 - £46,347

Pro rata Term Time only (£38,874 - £41,416) 

We are currently seeking to appoint a dynamic proactive self-starter to undertake responsibility in all aspects of HR, including recruitment and retention, employee relations, and performance management and CPD.

The successful candidate should possess excellent interpersonal and communication skills including the ability to relate well to people on all levels with sensitivity, tact and diplomacy. This is a busy and dynamic post and will require someone who is organised and possesses excellent administrative skills, remains calm under pressure. 

Skills and Personal qualities required:

• Relevant CIPD qualifications
• Relevant work experience in a HR role
• Excellent communication and administrative skills
• Excellent IT literacy including Microsoft Office
• Previous experience in the education sector desirable
• Good interpersonal skills with an ability to work collaboratively      and relate to people at all levels
