HR Manager – Part Time (Job Share)

We are looking for an HR professional to work alongside our current HR Manager to administer and provide advice and guidance to the school’s leadership team on all aspects of its HR function including absence management, recruitment and general staff welfare. The HR function works to ensure that all legal aspects of employment and safer recruitment obligations are compliant and all personnel records are kept up to date.

Ideally the successful candidate will be CIPD qualified with excellent communication and organisational skills. Experience in an educational setting would be advantageous.
