An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced HR professional with proficiency both as an HR generalist and in recruitment. The HR Manager will work both strategically and operationally, have enthusiasm, tact and a hands-on approach to problem solving.
The HR Manager will be involved in the development and delivery of all aspects of Human Resources management, including HR strategy and process management, HR policy compliance, recruitment, and employee support. The goal is to provide excellent HR support to all staff and to support the Head and the Bursar in strategic people decisions and development.
Prospective candidates should be willing to be involved with the wider life of a busy boarding and day school.
