About the Job:

The Headmaster and Governors at Trinity Catholic High School are seeking to appoint a full-time experienced HR professional to lead the provision of HR in the school. The successful candidate will need to be efficient, pro-active and solution-focused, with the ability to prioritise work within a fast-moving environment, whilst remaining calm under pressure. Attention to detail and the ability to complete a variety of different projects is essential, along with strong administrative and customer service skills. This is an exciting opportunity for a focused and positive individual to provide first-class HR advice, support and guidance in a truly outstanding Catholic comprehensive school.

Trinity Catholic High School is a denominational, co-educational secondary school in Woodford Green, Essex. There are 1660 students on the school roll, 464 of whom are in the sixth form.

Founded in 1976, the school’s motto is "In Christ We Shall Flourish". Its most famous former student is Olympic gold-medal-winning athlete Christine Ohuruogu.

Religious teachings play an integral part in the Trinity Catholic High School ethos. The school operates on the belief that all are sons and daughters of God, equal in dignity to each other.
