We are looking for an experienced HR generalist to join our team as an HR Manager. You will be working on a broad range of HR matters, including recruitment, employee relations and policy   development. You will be able to lead on all aspects of HR related projects and will be comfortable guiding and supporting managers at all levels through the full range of performance management processes.   

You should be a credible HR professional, who is an excellent communicator and possesses both a full CIPD qualification and up to date knowledge of employment legislation.

About Valentines High School

Valentines High School is a non-denominational, co-educational secondary school with sixth form in Ilford, Essex. Its motto translates from Latin as "in harmony, achieving excellence". There are approximately 1,291 students on the school roll. The school is proud of its diversity, with 78% of pupils speaking English as an additional language. 

Valentines High School has been a Teaching School since 2011. This status allows the school to offer professional development to other schools in the area, as well as providing high-quality training for its own staff. Founded in 1901, the school opened a new sixth-form centre in 2007.
