Salary: £45,288 - £47,348 per annum

We are looking for a HR Manager to lead and oversee the provision of a comprehensive and high quality HR service  

This is a generalist role and you should have significant experience in managing a broad range of HR matters, including recruitment, employee relations and policy development. You should also be able to lead on all aspects of HR related projects and issues.   

You should be a credible HR professional, who is an excellent communicator and possesses both a full CIPD qualification and up to date knowledge of employment legislation.

Leyton Sixth Form College is heavily committed to providing extra-curricular activities for its students. In particular, the college is known for its outstanding sports and drama facilities. The college maintains a number of formal partnerships with London universities, and has rigorous academic standards to best prepare students for life at university, should they choose to go. As part of this commitment, Leyton Sixth Form College also provides an annual higher education fair.
