The HR (Operations) Manager is responsible for the strategic leadership, day to day management and continuing development of the Human Resources function within the School to ensure the smooth running of these areas as part of the overall Schools operation and meeting the needs of the relevant stakeholders in a timely, accurate and efficient manner.

What We Are Looking For
We are looking for a dynamic and enthusiastic HR Manager who covers all aspects of a generalist HR managerial role. This includes all areas from Strategic leadership and development to the day to day running of the HR department including contractural and employment obligations, safer recruitment, policies and procedures, staff wellbeing, new staff onboarding and CPD.
The role works directly with the Principal and closely with the Leadership Team to develop medium and long term coordinated planning based on the school’s educational objectives.
The successful candidate will be someone who can lead the HR department having strong communication skills and the ability to inspire others whilst being an excellent HR practitioner.
