K 24-26 (£32,029 – £33,799) Pro rata, per annum. Part time – 22.5 hours (additional hours may be available) over 5 days a week, term time only, 39 weeks per year.

Required for July start , an enthusiastic and dynamic Graduate HR professional to join the team at St Augustine’s.  

The successful candidate will be expected to advise the Senior Leader Group and Governing Body, on all matters of relevant HR Policies, administration and Employment Law, preparing policies and procedures where necessary. You will be required to manage and lead on all aspects of the recruitment of staff ensuring that safeguarding requirements are adhered to. The HR Manager supports all staff with day-to-day matters relating to their employment while ensuring that the appropriate external agencies are called upon as necessary.
