Job overview

Salary: £26,767 - £27,705 per annum (pro rata of £28,755 - £29,797 per annum)

We are an ambitious MAT of nine primary schools in Croydon, Medway and Greenwich serving diverse and aspirant communities of learners.

Our core values of Collaboration, Excellence, Friendship, Resilience, Respect and Responsibility, define the way we care for, enrich and teach every child.

What sets us apart from others is the opportunity to work with education professionals who strive to be at the cutting edge of educational thinking and practice, as they take part in ground breaking research projects and collaborative work with other talented and innovative colleagues, both at a local and national level.

We seek to appoint a permanent skilled HR Officer to join our Croydon Hub working on a term-time + 3 weeks basis, and would be keen to hear about your professional experience and what you can offer. You will have strong administrative and organisational skills gained whilst working in a busy HR setting. Experience in the educational sector would be desirable, but not essential.

The role will be demanding but will provide exciting development opportunities for candidates who are ambitious, creative and enjoy working in collaboration with others, as they support the Regional Operations Manager and Trust Head of HR on Trust-wide HR projects and strategic priorities.

If you require further information, please contact Mr Andrew Muckle (Regional Operations Manager – Croydon) on 07706 829 391 or amuckle@inspirepartnership.co.uk

Closing date for applications: 12noon on Monday 12th September 2022.

We reserve the right to close this vacancy early if we receive sufficient applications for the role.

The Trust is committed to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children and young people and expects all staff and volunteers to share this commitment. Any offer of employment will be subject to receipt of a satisfactory Enhanced DBS Disclosure.
