HR Officer

Barton Peveril is a large, popular and successful Sixth Form College in Eastleigh, Hampshire, and we have an opportunity for an HR Officer to join our HR Team. 

You will be the first point of contact to staff on HR matters and will be expected to provide a comprehensive service regarding HR and employment queries. Furthermore, you will manage the recruitment process. You will oversee and provide high-quality administrative support to all HR-related activities. This will include supporting the absence process, booking and monitoring staff development, inputting data in to the HR system and maintaining accurate records. 

You will have excellent attention to detail, organisational skills and the ability to meet deadlines. You will be able to communicate with all levels of staff, candidates and recruitment agencies and give outstanding customer service. You must be a team player who is approachable and flexible within your work. 

In this role, you will work 15 hours per week (8.30am to 4.30pm, Monday and Tuesday).
