The Role

This is an exciting opportunity to join our Human Resources team at the Greenwood Academies Trust’s Central Team offices in Colwick, Nottingham, to cover a period of maternity leave. We support 32 academies across the East Midlands therefore you will be required to travel and be flexible to meet the needs of the service. 

You will provide high level advice and efficient administration to our academies in order to ensure we meet our legal requirements as a single employer, liaise with Principals and Senior Managers to ensure resourcing needs are met through the identification and sourcing of talent, and promote attraction through innovative techniques and targeted media. You will also attend interview panels and facilitate training sessions for our hiring managers.

You will continue the development of initiatives to promote the Trust and move towards the implementation of a talent management strategy.

About You

You will be of graduate calibre, have up to date knowledge of current UK resourcing legislation and experience of in-house recruitment, plus excellent IT and interpersonal skills. Experience of recruitment within an educational setting would be an advantage. 

You must have the spirit, ability and desire to work in a fast paced environment, necessitating exceptional organisational skills and the ability to prioritise workloads.
