HR Officer

This is a full-time position : 37 hours per week : all year around 

Salary within range NJC Point 22 -25 : £27041 - £29577

This position carries an annual leave allocation of 26 days to be taken in school holidays plus public holidays

Progression is subject to annual performance management

Reporting to: Trust Business Manager

The school is looking for an outstanding, enthusiastic and motivated HR Officer to support the HR function across the whole Trust. The successful applicant will lead in the promotion, direction and oversight of high standards of support for HR.

We are looking for highly effective person to carry out this responsible post.  You will be responsible for HR/Recruitment, along with providing information for payroll.  Compliance will cover a range of activities, including keeping the Single Central Record up to date and providing other information to staff and visitors as appropriate.

This post will require excellent communication and organisational skills and an ability to maintain  absolute confidentiality at all times. 

Previous experience within a HR/compliance role is essential and working within an educational setting is desirable.
