South Staffordshire College are recruiting for an experienced HR generalist to work in the Education sector.

We require a HR generalist with employee relations experience to operate within a fast paced environment providing reliable, professional advice and guidance to managers and staff around our HR policies and procedures including disciplinary/capability, grievance, absence management and flexible working. 

This challenging yet rewarding opportunity will test your knowledge of employment law and best practice. The post-holder will take ownership of a varied caseload and will need to have good time management and prioritisation skills. 

Part qualified or working towards a professional qualification you will have experience of working in a professional HR environment and have excellent IT and organisational skills.

The ideal candidate will meet the following requirements:

- Driver essential, as inter campus travel is required as part of job this job.
- HR generalist background
- Fantastic organisational and communication skills
- CIPD full or part qualified (Minimum Level 5)
