About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity to join a Central HR team that provides Recruitment, HR, Payroll and Pension services to 32 academies across the East Midlands. 

The main focus of this role will involve being the first point of contact within the HR Department for pay related queries from employees. You will help to process new starters, the monthly payroll submissions and timesheets as well as keeping the HR/Payroll database and personnel files up to date. You will also assist with monthly and yearly reporting.

About You

We are seeking a well organised individual who has the ability to meet deadlines and prioritise their work to meet changing requirements. You will ensure that all queries are dealt with promptly and efficiently, whilst providing a professional service. Therefore, it is essential that you possess excellent customer service skills, a high degree of accuracy and are able to communicate effectively. You must have a good understanding of data protection and be able to work in a confidential environment. Experience of working in an integrated HR/Payroll function would be advantageous.
