Based at our Ilkeston campus you will be a key member of the busy HR department, reporting to the HR Systems & Project Officer, assisting in the the delivery of a professional, reliable and business focused HR service across the College.
Working in the HR Systems team, you will have excellent computer skills, being confident in the use of multiple systems within the HR department and across the College.
You will be responsible for delivering a comprehensive support service to the HR and Payroll department, ensuring an efficient and effective service is provided in a timely manner. It is essential that you are able to organise your time effectively, paying attention to detail whilst working to tight deadlines and remaining calm under pressure.
Recent relevant experience in an HR admin support role would be desirable. You will also be committed to providing outstanding customer service in all aspects of the role; have attention to detail, be flexible in your approach and enjoy a challenge.
