Human Resources & Finance Officer

We are seeking to appoint a Human Resources & Finance Officer as the School expands and grows.

Main roles and responsibilities

The post holder will need to:  

  • Work proactively with the management and SLT to manage HR related tasks and responsibilities  
  • Run monthly payroll and pension scheme and other accounting tasks  
  • Use IT resources to proactively and efficiently complete HR & Finance duties  
  • Ensure all documentation is maintained in-line with audit requirements  
  • Act as the first point of contact for all HR and accounting queries  
  • Active involvement in school events as required
