We are seeking to appoint a Human Resources & Finance Officer as the School expands and grows.
Main roles and responsibilities
The post holder will need to:
- Work proactively with the management and SLT to manage HR related tasks and responsibilities
- Run monthly payroll and pension scheme and other accounting tasks
- Use IT resources to proactively and efficiently complete HR & Finance duties
- Ensure all documentation is maintained in-line with audit requirements
- Act as the first point of contact for all HR and accounting queries
- Active involvement in school events as required
