Job Title: Human Resources Business Partner 

Salary: £26,949 - £29,454 Contract: Permanent  Location: Bristol (to cover all four Bristol sites)

About the Role:  We are seeking to appoint an experienced HR Business Partner to be aligned to work with areas of the College and make a significant contribution to supporting the achievement of their business plan and objectives through the provision of proactive, professional and customer focused HR.  The successful candidate will also contribute to the development of HR policy and resourcing. What you’ll be responsible for/what we are looking for: You will ideally be a CIPD qualified HR professional experienced in providing generalist HR advice to managers at all levels of the an organisation on core HR matters e.g. performance management, attendance management, resource planning, restructuring and redundancy processes and designing and updating HR policies and procedures. You will be expected to be confident in offering advice and guidance to managers and supporting on a complex range of case work. You will also be a credible individual with excellent communication and influencing skills and the ability to build effective relationships.
