37 hours per week, all year round

The Role

This is a new and exciting opportunity to join our Human Resources team based at the Greenwood Academies Trust’s Central Team offices in Colwick, Nottingham. We provide support to 31 academies across the East Midlands therefore you will be required to travel and be flexible to meet the needs of the service. You will provide high level advice and efficient administration to multiple academies in order to ensure we meet our legal requirements as a single employer. You will be able to put into practice new and transferred existing policies in a pragmatic manner to help achieve appropriate outcomes. You will be involved in a variety of work streams including recruitment, on-boarding, absence management, payroll administration and casework; hands on experience of leading or supporting these activities is essential.

About You

You must be able to demonstrate excellent communication and interpersonal skills, resilience, and an ability to form positive relationships at all levels. Having a working knowledge of HR practices and being keen to extend your knowledge are essential to working in a busy, rapidly changing environment.
