Reporting directly to the Bursar, you will take full ownership for all HR matters with a strong focus on safeguarding, recruitment, performance management and employee relations. You will work closely with the Head and Bursar on strategy implementation, budget control, introduction and development of HR policy. In addition, you will take responsibility for employee engagement and retention strategy and ad hoc duties in line with the HR Manager role.
The successful candidate will be CIPD qualified, or equivalent, and able to demonstrate both excellent communication and time management skills. You will need excellent experience in HR Management including implementation of policies and change. Finally, the right person will also have a good understanding of, and be up-to-date with employment law.
