Astrea Academy Trust is in an exciting period of growth and development. To support our ambitions, we are seeking to recruit an experienced HR Manager to join the Central HR Team based in South Yorkshire. You will provide a complete HR generalist service to the academies and central team. This includes expert support on the full HR remit, including resourcing, employee relations, TUPE, as well as playing an active part in a number of key strategic projects. You will have the ability and be comfortable working in a fast paced environment demonstrating your ability to work flexibly in adapting to the needs of the organisation. This is a truly unique opportunity where you will be able to demonstrate your full range of skills and experience in a supportive and truly forward thinking organisation.

With demonstrable experience of working in a fast paced environment you will be able to manage multiple tasks and prioritise your workload to the needs of the trust. The ideal candidate will be as effective when supporting an academy as they are in policy writing and project work. The need for excellent attention to detail and consistency in providing exemplary customer service is essential. 

You will ideally be CIPD qualified and of graduate calibre, you will have a solid HR generalist background gained from working in a regional multi-site role. Customer focused, self-motivated, proactive and organised you will have the ability to manage mix of operational and project work. With strong communications skills, you will be confident to advise and guide managers on a range of issues.

To be considered for this role you will have excellent IT skills across all Microsoft functions. You will possess high analytical skills, attention to detail and the ability to produce accurate information. You will be proactive and provide exceptional service in supporting our internal customers.
