If you are a proven administrator with excellent customer services skills and are keen to develop a professional career in an environment where you will be supported to realise your full potential, joining the New Collaborative Learning Trust's HR team as a Human Resources Officer is the perfect opportunity for you. 

Whilst previous HR experience will be advantageous, for candidates with the right skills, you will be supported to gain a broad understanding and valuable experience across the Trust's Human Resources activities, spanning recruitment, new starter processes, contracts, HR management systems and employment relations issues (sickness absence, flexible working requests, performance issues etc).

NCLT's colleges and school make a significant difference to the lives of young people. The Human Resources department enables teaching staff to perform at their best and together we make a positive contribution to social mobility. Our roles offer a genuine fulfilling purpose. 

You will have high attention to detail, excellent communication skills, a willingness to undertake further training relevant to the role and the ability to work flexibly, under pressure balancing changing priorities to successfully lead on HR at New College Pontefract.  

Please note the role will be based primarily at New College Pontefract but travel to other sites within the Trust may be required, on occasion.
