Job overview

We are seeking to appoint for the role of  Hydrotherapy pool manager and seek keen, motivated individuals who are enthusiastic, and passionate about the facility and the students and the community which we support. Responsibilities include managing pool operations, ensuring complex medical compliance needs are met, building and site management, financial performance, marketing, and working with a board of volunteers to help drive the business forward.

Excellent customer service skills are essential. First Aid qualifications are desirable.

About Us:

Kisharon is a Special Needs School in North West London with a Jewish ethos. Based in Barnet, we welcome pupils from across North London and surrounding areas. The school is registered with OFSTED for pupils between the ages of 4 and 19 and caters for a wide range of educational needs, from moderate learning difficulties and autistic spectrum disorders to more severe and profound learning difficulties, as well as physical disabilities.
