Ecole Jeannine Manuel is a non-profit co-educational bilingual French-international school in the heart of Paris. We welcome 2400 students of 74 different nationalities, from kindergarten to 12th grade. We are an IB World School also accredited by the French Ministry of Education, by CIS and by NEASC. Your missions:
You will be working as the assistant to the international classes (10th, 11th & 12th grade students).
Assisting two directors: agenda management, making appointments, telephone and emails.
Welcoming of students and teachers in the office, dealing with small daily problems.
Management of absences on the dedicated software.
Manage and update student databases (classes, options, re-enrollment, new students, etc.)
Interaction with parents by phone, sending of documents (trips, school reports etc.), transmission of information.
Preparation of conseils de classe and exams.
Your profile:
You have 5 - 10 years of experience as a team assistant or similar position.
You have an excellent level of written and spoken English.
You have are an expert in the Office package, Dropbox, Google Drive and are familiar with Mac environment.
You have an eye for detail, know how to manage priorities and organize your day. You are very discreet, you like contact with teenagers. You are looking for versatility and teamwork.
Salary : 31-36 K€ gross per year over 12 months,

8 weeks CP per year + RTT.
