An exciting opportunity is available for an IB Coordinator for an August 2021 start.


The key focus of the role will be:

• Leadership of IB Programmes

• Leading and coordinating strategic developments in IB

• Maintaining and developing connections to wider IB community

• Supporting, communication and administration of IB Programmes

• Reporting, feedback, assessments/exams framework and data to impact student pathways and learning

• Students’ course options, surveys, pathways

• Leading the IB Evaluation processes


They will have the ability to inspire and motivate students with a diverse range of talent and ability. A desire and willingness to teach through Years 7 to 13 is essential, along with experience of IGCSE and/or IB. We commenced the IBDP programme in August 2018. Students start a 3-year IGCSE programme in Year 9.


The right candidate will be a highly committed team player with the drive, energy and passion to develop this forward-looking school. Applicants must be willing to lead by example and play a full part in the College’s pastoral care and extra-curricular programme.
