IB DP/MYP Mathematics Teacher

The Codrington School, The International School of Barbados, seeks the services of qualified and experienced educator for the following positions as of August 2019:  IB DP/MYP Mathematics teacher.

The successful applicant will hold at least a relevant initial degree  (a master degree would be preferred ); a teaching qualification and at least two years full time teaching experience as a qualified teacher. Applications will be neither acknowledged nor considered from candidates who do not hold an academic degree, a teaching qualification and the relevant experience.

The position will require the successful candidate to teach within the International Baccalaureate (IB) programme. As such the successful candidate must be cognizant of, and his/her teaching philosophy should reflect that of, the IB. Experience teaching in an International school setting and IB training/experience in one of the IB programmes are highly desirable, as is familiarity with the current and new DP syllabi.
