PSYCHOLOGY TEACHER

We are seeking to appoint an experienced, enthusiastic and dynamic professional to the post of IB Psychology teacher with possibly some lower school Humanities in the Secondary School with effect from August 2023. Applicants must be qualified teachers with at least two years of experience.

Suitable candidates will:

●       Be able to teach across the age and ability range

●       Be able to teach the subject from an international perspective

●       Have experience of writing schemes of work

●       Have a strategic vision for the development of Psychology teaching

●       Enjoy working and planning collaboratively

●       Be able to inspire students

Essential requirements:

●       Education – Bachelor of Science or Bachelor of Art

●       Preferably with teaching training (Ed.M., PGCE, QTS or Teacher credential)

●       Experience of teaching the IB diploma would be an advantage

●       IB Theory of Knowledge (ToK) experience also would be beneficial, with the potential for a Coordinator of ToK position for a suitably qualified candidate
