Dipont Education is seeking a highly experienced and motivated International Baccalaureate (IB) Diploma Programme (IBDP) Coordinator (any subject) to join our dynamic team at Nanjing Foreign Language School. As the IBDP Coordinator, you will be responsible for leading and managing the implementation and delivery of the IBDP, ensuring its alignment with the school's vision, mission, and educational goals.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee and coordinate the IBDP in line with the school's vision and mission
- Develop and implement policies, procedures, and guidelines to ensure the effective delivery of the IBDP
- Manage the assessment, evaluation, and reporting processes of the IBDP
- Work collaboratively with teachers to ensure effective planning, teaching, and assessment practices
- Provide professional development opportunities for staff to enhance their understanding and delivery of the IBDP
- Liaise with IB officials and other relevant stakeholders to ensure the school's compliance with IB regulations and requirements

The program
The international center was opened in 2006, initially offering A-level programs before starting the IB Diploma in 2012. There are nearly 320 students in the center and more than 30 expatriate staff. The center also has 15 Chinese staff working as tutors and classroom teachers, a large college counseling department, and a fully qualified librarian. Education provision is also assisted with the help of two lab technicians.
The center has fully equipped labs for chemistry, physics, and biology, as well as an ICT lab, lecture theater, art room, and library. All of the 15 standard classrooms have data projectors and internet connections.
