This is an exciting opportunity to join our customer focused, successful and professional Estates and IT Team to provide a proactive and highly efficient ICT service.  Working closely with the Head of Department you will provide operational direction and leadership on all ICT matters, ensuring maximum use of available resources and compliance with standards. You will also be responsible for directly managing the technical development and operational functions within ICT, including the security and integrity of the infrastructure and services.

In addition, your role will include working with the Head of Estates and IT and other stakeholders on the college wide digital transformation agenda.

We pride ourselves in being able to provide an excellent level of customer service to our customers and so are looking to appoint someone who is able to communicate well, in a professional manner with a range of internal and external stakeholders.  You will have previous experience of project management, encompassing financial and supervisory aspects at an operational level and experience of the management of ICT Services infrastructure within an organisation.  An ability to work under pressure to meet tight deadlines, often with conflicting priorities is also essential.
