Actual Salary: £22,116 to £24,212 per annum

(Plus a Recruitment & Retention Allowance of £2,000 per annum)

Full-time, all year round

An exciting and diverse opportunity has arisen to join a highly skilled and established support team as 1st line support. You would be working with a dedicated apprentice, taking the lead in supporting a large secondary academy, enabling staff to deliver high quality teaching through the effective use of IT.

 

Reporting to the ICT Network Manager, your knowledge of software and hardware will ensure you effectively resolve faults and liaise with external support agencies when required.

·        Strong problem solving and diagnostic skills

Having recently joined the Redhill Academy Trust, Park Vale Academy, is a newly constructed Academy situated in the Rise Park area of Nottingham. The new school was re-opened on 1st September 2017 to students aged 11 to 16. The school is friendly and forward looking, and determined to accelerate recent improvements in outcomes for all its students.
