We are seeking to appoint an enthusiastic ICT Technician; the successful candidate should be able to work well in a team and have the willingness to train to expand their technical knowledge. The successful candidate will join a technical team led by the Network Manager in a busy school environment, therefore previous experience of desktop 1st/2nd line support is important.
The Cherwell School is a successful comprehensive school in Oxford, rated ‘Outstanding’ by Ofsted. The school has two sites which are located either side of the Marston Ferry Road and is often over-subscribed with 1990 students on roll (including 620 in the Sixth Form). Staff have access to benefits such as the Cycle to Work/Computing schemes and discounted use of the local leisure centre.

About The Cherwell School
The Cherwell School is a mixed, comprehensive, non-denominational secondary school with sixth form situated in Oxford. It is an academy converter supported by a multi-academy trust called River Learning Trust. The school provides 1,990 places for students between the ages of 11 and 18 when fully subscribed.
The Cherwell School became an 11-18 school after a reorganisation in 2003 and it converted to academy status in April 2012.
