We are seeking to appoint an IT Technician with the drive to contribute to an atmosphere of respect, recognition, optimism celebration and mutual support within the school which promotes equality within and values the diversity of the school community. We are looking for an individual who has high aspirations for students, who is committed, and passionate about learning; who has the skills and determination to make a significant difference to the lives of our students and share our single goal of ‘Students First’. We would encourage applications from individuals who have a thirst to expand their knowledge and experience of IT systems. You will have the responsibility for providing high quality and professional IT support throughout the academy for all staff and students.
The successful candidate must have the ability to work effectively under pressure, be a reliable, organised and conscientious individual who is a flexible team worker and shows initiative.

Outwood Academy City Fields is an 11-16 academy based in the friendly cathedral city of Wakefield. The Academy was rated Good by Ofsted in March 2022. We joined the Outwood family of schools in 2018.
