The students at Waverley School have made outstanding progress year on year. We moved to new landmark buildings that provide everyone with state of the art facilities for learning, teaching and training. As part of the exciting growth plans for the School, we are expanding our team to meet future requirements. We are looking for an enthusiastic and motivated individual to join our team as an IEU Co-ordinator.
The IEU Co-ordinator will be an integral member of our Internal Exclusion Unit. They will need to be able to supervise students effectively and calmly ensuring that their time in the IEU is a time of reflection and correction. They must be able to build effectively professional relationships with students and teachers and be a confident communicator. Previous experience of working in a school or supervising students would be advantageous. The IEU Co-ordinator will be responsible for managing behaviour within a classroom. Previous experience of child development and the school system would be beneficial. All applicants must be numerate and literate and educated to GCSE standard in English and Maths.
This is an excellent opportunity for an IEU Co-ordinator to further their experience and contribute to the positive achievement of our children.
