Job overview

Our IGCSE and A-level teacher will be requiring maternity leave from approximately February/March 2019 until approximately October 2019.  If necessary, we may be able to make this a one year contract.

The teacher currently have two Year 10 classes, two Year 11 classes and one Year 12 class.  However due to the timing, for the months of September and October, there will probably be a Year 13 class added to that.  The maximum class size is 20, however most classes are between 10 and 15 students

The successful applicant will be paid across the summer holidays that are midway through this maternity period.  There will also be the possibility of a two year contract extension, if wanted.

We require a teacher with both GCSE and A-level experience in either Business Studies of Economics, preferably having spent some time teaching from the Cambridge International curriculum. 

From the start date to July there will be about 17 lessons per week, this may rise to 22 for September and October.  Pay will be 65,000 Baht per calendar month.  The school will cover the cost of the work permit and visa and accident insurance is provided.
