IGCSE and A-Level Humanities Teacher

We are looking for an enthusiastic and talented Humanities Teacher to join our team. Applicants must be fluent English speakers and be able to work efficiently as part of a team. The successful applicant will be delivering the IGCSE, AS and A-Level curriculum. The position will either be part-time or full-time with a second subject (candidates must be experienced in teaching the second subject at Secondary Level). 

The successful candidate must have experience in preparing learners for success in Cambridge IGCSE, AS and A-Level examinations. He/She may also be allocated Form Tutor duties and so excellent communication and organisations skills are important.

All applicants must be able to attend in-person interviews and a demonstration session session(s). 

For this position we will require a minimum of:

• An undergraduate degree in a related field.
• A PGCE or PGDE (QTS preferable but not required).
• At least two years of experience in preparing learners for success in Cambridge IGCSE, AS and A-Level examinations. 
• Experience in working with learners for whom English is a second or additional language is favourable. 
• Excellent communication, organisation, interpersonal and time-management skills. 
• Availability to start immediately and commitment for at least one academic year.
